At FlipJetPro™, we work with trusted international and local carriers—including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, USPS, Canada Post, and other partnered couriers—to deliver your order quickly and safely. We offer affordable flat-rate shipping across the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and more.
Order Processing & Verification
All orders are charged at checkout and go through a standard verification process to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.
This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Once verified:

Once your order enters the shipping process, we cannot make changes such as:

Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
When your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Every FlipJetPro™ order includes tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Important note:
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show updates, depending on the carrier scan schedule.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to:

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
FlipJetPro™ is not responsible for:

Lost packages after a tracking status shows “Delivered”

Stolen parcels
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the courier directly and file a claim.
We rely strictly on courier-verified tracking records during investigations.
Claims made without evidence or long after delivery may not be eligible.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at checkout.
Because orders begin processing immediately:
